Dear Prospective Member,

Thank you for your interest in membership at Belmar Golf Club.  In the summer of 2004, Belmar Golf Club was purchased by a new ownership group.  This new ownership group is very excited about their new endeavor and has a vision of making Belmar one of the most prominent private clubs in the Oklahoma City Metro area. 

The clubhouse has undergone an extensive facelift. A 6000 sq. ft. addition has been added to the existing clubhouse, which includes new locker rooms, Junior Olympic Size Swimming Pool, and golf shop.  Renovations to the present clubhouse include updating and expanding the restaurant and kitchen along with turning the existing 800 sq. ft. golf shop into a new private dining / meeting room. Our banquet facility is now open and available for holding receptions, weddings, holiday parties, and member functions. It has been fully enclosed and renovated with seating for up to 275 people. It is available for members, as well as the public.

The golf course has also undergone a major renovation. Belmar consulted with the original golf course architect Tripp Davis, with the intention of bringing Belmar Golf Club back to its original design. The first phase of the renovation included the addition and renovation of several bunkers that will challenge golfers of all skill levels.  The second phase of the renovation included the reshaping and replanting existing and new native grass areas.  In the fall of 2007, construction began on a new state of the art 20 acre practice facility including a North and South practice tee, a chipping and pitching green, as well as a new 4 hole par 3 "Family" course.  We are positive that these changes have produced an exciting new look that all members and their guests will love.
